- The Flicks in the Sticks season has now ended for a summer break. We will recommence a programme for the autumn. Keep watching this space for the new programme. Is there a film you would like to watch at The Guildhall?. If so please contact us via the contact page. (Updated 15.04.12)
- The next major event will be COUND FETE - Taking place on Saturday 19th May starting at 1.00pm. The long established Fete will take place centred on St Peters Church, its grounds and the Guildhall. For further information please contact Ann Cooke on 01952 510388. (Updated 15.04.12)
- The trustees have successfully negotiated a £1000 grant from the Local Joint Committee. This money will go towards funding the repair and painting of the Guildhall. (Updated 15.04.12)
- Roof / PV cells & roof insulation comp. Contractors have completed the roof .The roof is insulated with cellotex foam and should prove to be a lot warmer this winter. The PV cells have been installed and are generating electricity and generating a financial income to offset the running costs of the building.
